I’m not sure what the silly season stuff subject line is saying here Andrew. I think that like other silly season stuff eg delicious food favourites, taking time to reflect on the year, there are some interesting opportunities that arise when we consider what ‘silly’ means in contract formation and contract law. And the ‘comicbook’ description can be misleading.
